I don't know - I think I'd still use بهذه السرعة. If it was about the administrative procedures, you'd say هل تم الطلاق بهذه السرعة rather than هل طلقها...

I'm concerned that it might be interpreted as a comment on the speed of the divorce procedure (i.e. the administrative paperwork) rather than on the shortness of the marriage.
