How would you translate this term into Arabic?
Context:
"A Rent-A-Captive (or Protected Cell captive facility) is basically a captive that is broken down into unlimited mini-captives or what the industry refers to as "Cells." Each cell within the Rent-A-Captive facility can be rented for a fee. Further, each cell stands on its own within the overall captive."

Rent-a-captive
An arrangement in which a captive insurer "rents" its facilities to an outside organization, thereby providing the benefits that captives offer without the financial commitments that captives require. In return for a fee (usually a percentage of the premium paid by the renter), certain captives agree to provide underwriting, rating, claims management, accounting, reinsurance, and financial expertise to unrelated organizations.
Rent-a-captive - A specialized form of captive insurance company operation designed for businesses that do not want to own a captive but want to obtain some of the advantages offered by captives. A rent-a-captive is formed by a group of investors and operated as an income-producing business. Insured who wish to participate "rent" space in the captive instead of setting up and capitalizing their own captive insurance company.
