Explanation:
This is a literal translation. I don't know if one exists in Arabic already, but this is what it means.
There is a definition of what it does in Arabic:
هيئة أقيمت في أعوام السبعينيات لتنمية الخدمات المقدمة إلى الضباط المحالين أثناء الخدمة العسكرية http://www.isesco.org.ma/pub/arabic/hadinates/P2.htm)
You could also probably use the term الرفاه instead of الضمان الإجتماعي.
