The Arabic name is: عبد الإله محمد رفيع معرفي but I couldn't discover the Arabic equivalent of his title.

Explanation:
No Arabic title found on any website, apparently because no focus was made on such foundations in Kuwait on the web. So I sugget a general term usually used to describe in arabic the members of boards of trustees of various organizations, institutions and foundations.
