Tamer Elzein: Amira-> Actually, it's almost always a "nadwa," since it at least ends with a discussion with the attendees. Otherwise, it's a webcast or podcast or something of the sort :-). My suggestion: ندوة عبر الإنترنت أو ندوة إلكترونية

Explanation:
Webinar, as a word formation, has close relation with seminar when the word has been entered into the language.
Seminar is translated into Arabic as حلقة دراسية, but it can be ندوة . But when seminar means “a class when a small group of students and a teacher discuss or study a particular topic:” it should be translated as حلقة دراسية but when it means “a meeting for discussion or training, it can be translated both, ندوة أو حلقة دراسية

For our Kudoz Question حلقة دراسية is preferred
So the term حلقة دراسية عبر الانترنيت

Regarding you question if we can use ويبنار for حلقة دراسية عبر الانترنيت, I think it is too early for this word “ويبنار” to enter into Arabic lexicon.
