وهناك معنى آخر هو فيلم فيديو قصير مخصص للعرض كإعلان معيّن كما نشاهده على القنوات التلفزيونية مثل الإعلان الخاص بالقناة أو إعلان سياسي أو رياضي الخ

i think the question is about the first meaning.
as for the second meaning, it's also known as TV-ad. An advertisement, not a commercial!
It could be a channel loop (channel ad) or a certain short ad (program loop)
