These are conventional names -not descriptions- of typefaces. They are standard names not coined ones. For example, if you look up the MS glossary for bold, you will get back أسود عريض, "bold italic" will return أسود عريض مائل. This precedent exists also in English typeface names such the MS Word fonts "Arial black", "Bell Gothic Std Black", "Cooper Black", etc., which have nothing to do with the font color.
