While the into-Arabic renditions make sense, may one observe that that original English expression itself [an example of "engineering-speak" lingo] is convoluted and sloppy writing ==> that expression may be clearer if written on the order of "manage the deployment of projects..."

If that text is intended as a message for persuasive marketing, the original writer might re-think and re-write the message for more simplicity and clarity.
