This is spoken English, and the word "something" is either meaningless or meaningful and intended by the native speaker. Attempting to describe it with any adjective in Arabic might limit such article for superheroes. I, as a reader, would expect an explanation for what that "thing" is. Now that it's not given, all my attempts will be in vain.

I'll just add this here as everyone else has said almost everything! :-): I like Marwa's تملكني and your يفوق القدرة البشرية ("more than human" is essentially the same as "superhuman").. However, since the author writes "something", without specifying whether it's a feeling or a power, I suggest keeping it equally vague in Arabic and avoiding eitherشعور/ شعرت/ مشاعر or قوة so e.g: تملكني شيء يفوق القدرة البشرية
