| English term or phrase: dock warrant/wharf warrant | The attorney is authorized to draw, accept, endorse, negotiate, discount, and issue any bill of exchange, draft, cheque, promissory note, delegation, letter of credit, bill of ladding, dock or wharf warrant or any other commercial document whatsoever...
I found this in English:
Dock warrant: in law, a document by which the owner of a marine or river dock certifies that the holder is entitled to goods imported and warehoused in the docks.
I am thinking of "سند الخزن", but did not find it used a lot on the net. Is there any other term?
Thanks in advance |
