according to my experience in commerce; approval means to approve something or to acept it. in arabic it means : مصادقة
كلمة اعتماد قد تعطي لبساً في الفهم لأنها قد تعني غعتماد مصرفي أو ذو علاقة بامالية أو اعتماد خطة معينة كسياسة للشركة مثلا
لذلك أظن أن سياسة الاعتماد لا تفسر المعنى بشكل واف ربما كانت الترجمة
سياسة المصادقة أو خطة المصادقة أوضح
وبالطبع إختلاف الآراء شيء طبيعي في الترجمة
