Specimen form of Collateral Warranty

It is a title of a Tender Schedule (annexed to the proposal). It takes the form of a two-page contract between the Consultant and (any) sub-consultant (third parties). The word "Warranty" is later provided in a sub-title: "Warranty and Undertaking" which somehow denotes its meaning.

I need the exact Arabic equivalent used in tenders or contracts.
