What will be the most suitable Arabic word for “Contracts lead” – any good suggestion please other than "مدير"

I believe back translation shouldn't be called to question, cause, if this is the case, the other translator would come up with this term:

I don't mind back translation that much at work. I do what's right, and for me such process is just like proofreading; both need well-founded argument and justification.

Asker: As per the company organizational structure, we have contracts head, who manages 2 contracts leads, under these 2 leads we have 4 contracts specialists and under them we have 6 contracts coordinators.. So, your suggestion is not accurate here.
