عندما تعمل عقد من هذا الشكل
تريد شراء بضاعة بخمسين دولار وتقول للبائع إذا لم أتمكن من شرائها فسأدفع لك عشرين دولارًأ
البائع يعمل لك عقد ينص على أنه في التاريخ الفلاني ستشتري البضاعة بخمسين دولارًأ وإذا لم تتمكن من الشراء فستدفع فقط عشرين دولارًا
البضاعة يمكن أن تكون عينية أو خدماتية
أرجو أن يكون ذلك واضحًأ

ادفع ثمن البضاعة سواء أخذتها أم لم تأخذها
وهذا في حالتك الخاصة، لأنه في الحالة العامة يدفع المشتري تعويضًا بسيطًا فحسب
