English to Arabic translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Financial | | English term or phrase: to make risk purchase | It is a contract between buyer and seller. This term appears quite frequently and I didn't find a decent equivalent in Arabic.
Context:
In case the SELLER fails to supply XXX within the subsequent 10 days, the BUYER shall have the right to make Risk Purchase (that item) that the SELLER has failed to supply from a third Party at the expense of the SELLER including any excess value.

| Grading comment شخصياً اخترت لفظ "المخاطرة بالشراء" لأنه الأقرب إلى المعنى المقصود في سياقي. إجابة الدكتور مطير والدكتور أسامة جيدة (بالأخص الأولى) ولكني لم أقصد القفز إلى المعنى او التحليل خاصة أنه مصطلح غير معرب وثانياً لأن الإجابة الثانية أقرب إلى الشرح منها إلى الترجمة، وبالتالي فضلت الاقتصار والاقتصاد. شكراً لجميع الزملاء والزميلات
