I understand that there may be a conflict of interest in having the same attorney represent me, my
husband and child in our respective asylum claims. I understand that there is a question of whether the
attorney can fully assert my asylum claim if he has to be concerned with fully asserting my husband's
claim and our child's claim. Specifically, if ........is fighting for me and accusing my husband
of ........ threatening to abuse me, how can the attorney also fight hard for my husband in my
husband's case?
