English to Arabic translations [PRO]

The corporate seal shall have inscribed thereon the name of the corporation, the year of its organization and the words “Corporate Seal, ..................Inc.” The seal may be used by causing it or a facsimile thereof to be impressed, affixed, reproduced or otherwise.
Don't these words have almost the same meaning in this context?
If they are different, how the difference in translation will be best made?
