but I also belive that SEVERANCE cannot be translated with just [ضريبة استخراج],
another word should be added to to make an applicable tax valid.
the tax in NOT on the act of extraction, rather on the extraction with exploitation [positive],
or generating benefit. hence [ ضريبة الإستخراج والإنتفاع ]
