English term or phrase: Corporate Law

I am a university teacher of law. Our university offer LL.M in Corporate Law. We need to mention the term "Corporate Law" in Arabic on our degrees. I need to know the exact translation of the term. Please do not tell me that this is قانون الشركات as this means "Law of Partnership or Firms" as شركة is a totally different concept from "Corporation or Company.

Asker: although قانون المشاركة does not convey the true meaning of the phrase "Corporate Law" we have to admit that there can be no other translation of it except this one, however, it is needed to invent a proper term for it in Arabic language
