English to Arabic translations [PRO]

This kind of written information appeares usually under the road sign itself which is used to indicate that there is "no Entry". If this is the case, i would prefer to omit the first part (since it is already indicated by the sign itself)and go for the second written and informational part.

I prefer adding the word يسمح so that no one would think that the no entry applies to the authoized buses.
