Ordinary receiver (OR) = limited powers /Admin.receiver (AR) = wide powers

Explanation:
Excuse the Eng. explanation. My Arabic is none too good.
Differences in the UK, though there's a good deal of overlap. Both can be appointed under a debenture and on 'crystallisation' of a floating charge:
1. debenture holder appointing AR can veto a company admin. order;
2. AR must be a qualified insolvency practitioner - does not apply to OR;
3. AR has investigative functions. Must report to the creditors. OR has none.
4. AR has statutory powers to dispose of charged property. OR only has powers defined by debenture;
5. AR's liability on 'adopted' contracts of employment is limited.
6. AR can be removed only by court order if he refused to sign.
