English to Arabic translations [PRO] Linguistics | | English term or phrase: object of the verb which follows | "que" can mean "whom, that, which"
It is sometimes left out in English, but not in French:
Voila la pharmacienne que nous sommes alles voir ce matin.
Here, "que" has replaced "la pharmacienne", which is the object of the verb which follows que. ("nous" is the subject) |
