المؤشرات الزمنية
Explanation:
لا نستطيع أن نترجم هذا المصطلح بعبارة "ظروف الزمان" لأن لها تسمية أخرى نحوياً. ولكن برأيي أن أفضل ترجمة لها يمكن أن تكون "المؤشرات الزمنية حيث أن هذه الترجمة تعطي المعنى المقصود دون أن تجعل القارئ يخلط بين time indicators و adverbs of time

Zhuruuf az-zamaan

Explanation:
The only thing I can think of, as they modify the verb. Even though they are not, as you point out, elements of grammar.

Hope that helps

disagree  Sam Berner: Zuuruuf az-zamaan would be adverbs of time, I think, not time indicators

-> It certainly would help a great deal to have an example of indicator. Still I suspect it woud not be far from the adverb or the adverbial clause, particularly if we consider the note added by the asker.

ظروف الزمن

Explanation:
If the sentence refers to what I think it does, the meaning, as Arabic is concerned, is incorrect. Because the "Time Articles" are very much elements of Grammar.
