This part goes directly above the name and signature. There is other verbiage that people like to end the letter with before they come to that part, just to give a sense of closure, such as
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
وتقبلوا تحياتي
ولكم جزيل الشكر
etc.
