Here's a link that explains what a salvage car is:
Salvage Véhicule gravement accidenté, total loss A vehicle that can be repaired but which would cost more than some predefined amount (often 75-100% of the car's value) to repair. Subject to structural safety inspection before it can be driven; documentation of repairs and sources of repair parts may also be required, depending on jurisdiction. Alternately, some jurisdictions (i.e. NJ) issue a standard title with a "salvage" suffix to indicate a reconstructed vehicle, as opposed to a "rebuilt" or "reconstructed" title (i.e. PA).

Basically it is سيارات حوادث تم إصلاحها / إنقاذها.

عادة ما تقوم شركات التأمين بتعويض السائق عن ثمن سيارته التي تعرضت لحادث خطير حسبما متفق عليه في بوليصة التأمين كون هذا الخيار أقل كلفة عليها من إصلاح السيارة وتقوم بعدها ببيع تلك السيارات لتجار السيارات الذين يقومون بإصلاحها وإعادة بيعها.

I think this is the only translation at least this is the one used in Egypt. As you may find this sentence in advertisements "نشتري سيارات الحوادث'.
