MElHelw: I go with A. Wahdan & H. Thaljeh. I do not think a menu will stir up thoughts of cannibals. There might also be raw meats on the menu كبه نية in Lebanon or this Argentinian raw meat dish -forgot name as it is no longer offered due to cow madness disease
