التسوق المقنع هو فن تقييم خدمات العملاء بصورة مقنعة وبحرفية، ومتى كان هناك احتكاك فيما بين العميل وطاقم المبيعات، هناك فرصة للتسوق المقنع. سبب تسمية هذا النوع من التسوق "التسوق المقنع" لأنه على الأفراد القائمين على مراجعة جودة الخدمة المقدمة بتنفيذ التقييمات بصورة موضوعية دون لفت النظر إليهم أو جعل ممثلي المبيعات أو موظفي البيع يعاملونهم بصورة مختلفة، أو متميزة بالمقارنة بالعملاء الآخرين.

Dear Ahmad, I think that if there is a previous translation by reliable source we should stick to it, otherwise we are never going to have our own acknowledged terminology.
