English to Arabic translations [PRO]

"Strip-core plywood has a core comprising strips of upright peeled veneer with a maximum width of 7 mm.
Since the strips of veneer have vertical grain, the faces of the panels remain straight and level in the event of shrinkage or expansion. Strip-core plywood has much the same uses as does block-core plywood. However, the uniformity of its core improves the quality of its faces."
What is the conventional Arabic name for strip-core plywood? I have temporarily coined the translation أبلكاج القلب الشريحي, but I would like to find an accepted industry name. |
