I think in the context provided, it is not possible to translate "copyeditor" as one word منقح-مصحح.
But rather you'd better say
تنقيح-تصحيح:"name of person" "name of company"
أو
أجرى التنقيح : ........

neutral  Ali Al awadi: Sir مراجع التحرير is a culture-specific term used in a specific news agency rather than another. I googled مراجع التحرير and all websites on yahoo and google say منقح - مدقق لغوي which is more standard Arabic to fit in any context. Thank you
