I found all of these terms to define the Ejection fraction, for me I would use the " المنسوب القذفي"
إن أكثر وأهم المعايير المستعملة لقيم وظيفة البطين ككل هو المنسوب القذفي ( Ejection ) ( Fraction الذي يعرف بأنه الحجم الانبساطي ناقص الحجم الانقباضي (الحجم المقذوف ) مقسوماً على الحجم الانبساطي [ SV-DV\DV ] وتقدر هذه الحجوم إما بتصوير البطين الأيسر أثناء القسطرة ، أو بالتصوير بالأمواج فوق الصوتية ، أو بالنظائر المشعة ، فالمنسوب القذفي يقيم وظيفة البطين بصورة عامة ولكن هنالك حالات خاصة (مثلاً عند وجود أم دم بطينية كبيرة ) بعطي فيها المنسوب القذفي قيماً خاطئة

وهذا الفحص ضروري لكل من لديه احتمال عالٍ على الإصابة نتيجة ارتفاع الدهنيات مثل الكلوسترول في الدم أو ارتفاع في الضغط أو إصابة بمرض السكري.. بواسطة هذا الفحص يمكن إضافة إلى تقييم تروية العضلة القلبية تقييم وظيفة القلب بدقة وحساب نسبة الانقباض Ejection Fraction لتحديد مدى وظيفة القلب في حال وجود ضعف أو قصور في العضلة القلبية.

وهو يساوى = مكعب القطر في نهاية الإرتخاء – مكعب القطر الإنقباضى / مكعب القطر في نهاية الإرتخاء
أى أن EF = (LVId D)3 - (LVId S)3
