من الطبيعي أن تكون القابلة من المنطقة، علما بأن
community midwife means a midwife whose work and help is supervised by the clinic staff of which she is a member.
In other words, the word "community" has nothing to do with المنطقة/الإقليم/الحي but rather it means the clinic's midwife
أي قابلة الصحة
وحقيقة لا أرى داعياً لترجمة
community
لأنها لن تضف شيئاً للمعنى العربي، لاسيما أن المادة المترجمة سوف يرد بين ثناياها ذكر المركز الصحي أو المستشفى واسم الحي أو ما شابه ذلك

أي المقصود هو تمييزها عن القابلة المستقلة التي لا يخضع عملها للإشراف الطبي

Since both internet and obstetrics references have no translation for both "community midwife" and "research midwife", let's devise a translation which fits the context and meaning

"Community midwife" مسؤولة عن رعاية الحوامل قبل المخاض وبعده وتسند إليها مهمة قبالة الطفل "Research midwife" تتولى إجراء بحوث ومتابعة نظرية للحوامل والأمهات أثناء فترة الحمل وبعدها، وتعتبر المرجع الاستشاري الوحيد (بجانب الأطباء طبعاً) فيما يخص حالة الأم والطفل

الأخ الفاضل ايهاب / قابلة مجتمع هو مسمى وظيفى خاص بوزارة الصحة باليمن / حيث ان قابلة المجتع هى ممارسة بدون مؤهل بموجب اجتياز فترة تدريب تصل الى عامين / القابلة المؤهلة / القابلة المشرفة حاصلة على دبلوم والفرق بينهما

قابلة مجتمع غير مؤهلة وتمارس بعد اجتياز فترة تدريب / ممرضة - قابلة هى ممرضة حاصلة على دبلوم ومتخصصة فى القبالة / قابلة مشرفة هى ممرضة متخصصة فى القبالة وبلغت من الخبرة سنوات تؤهلها للإشراف حسب لوائح القسم

وبالتنسيق مع مكاتب الصحة والمعاهد الصحية، وبمشاركة قطاع السكان بالوزارة تم البدء بتأهيل (052) قابلة مجتمع من المحافظات الخمس. وبدأ التدريب خلال الربع الأول من العام 7002م.
ويتمثل التدريب في دورتي تأهيل قابلات المجتمع في كل محافظة لمدة عامين بمعدل 52 متدربة لكل دورة.
