اختبار البقعة/الرقعة لتشخيص الحساسية التأتبية / الاستشرائية


Explanation:
عادة تستخدم لتحديد الحساسية بالتماس من النمط التحسسي المتأخر، وهو اختبار سهل التطبيق وأكثر أماناً من الاختبارات الجلدية الأخرى.

اختبار البقعة يثبت أن المريض لديه حساسية بالتلامس فقط ولكنه ليس من الضروري أن هذه المادة في اختبار البقعة هي فقط التي يمكن أن تسبب التفاعل لكن ربما يكون هناك مواد أخرى تثير نفس الارتكاس .
