With more research I could conclude that "acupuncture point bladder 67" isn't for a bladder treatment. Bladder is just an indication to the acupuncture position, and this point is really used for treating other symptoms like toothache, headache, fetus postion and so on . Urinary channel contains 67 points in this channel, every point has its own postion and indications. for more information about about point 67, please refer to this link

(Point, U.B. 67)
1. Location: On the lateral side of the small toe, about 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail (see Diagram)
2. Indications: Headache, nasal obstruction, epistaxis, ophthalmalgia, feverish sensation in sole and difficult labor.
3. Method: Puncture perpendicularly 0.1 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
4. Regional anatomy
1. Vasculature: The network formed by the dorsal digital artery and plantar digital proprial artery.
2. Innervation: The plantar digital proprial nerve and the lateral dorsal cutaneous nerve of foot.
3. Note: Acupuncture on this point is contraindicated during pregnancy.
