English to Arabic translations [PRO] Medical - Medical: Health Care / Medical Topic | | English term or phrase: sneak in the good stuff | Sneak in the good stuff
If you're up to your ears in cucumber salad or can't manage to down another bottle of water, work in little ways to stay hydrated. Add slices of orange, lime, kiwi, or watermelon to a jug of water for a burst of natural flavor. Make a regular old glass of tap water feel fancier by adding fizz with a counter-top carbonator (sold for about $100 and marketed as home soda-makers, skip the added flavors to make sparkling water in your own reusable bottles).
What would be the best translation for this into Arabic in this context? I am after a translation that captures the ST style, idiomaticity, and meaning as much as possible.
Thank you. |

Explanation: "Sneak in the good stuff" is a way when one, especially a mother of kids, tries to hide good nutritive drinks or foods , such as milk, but with no favorable test to the drinker or eater with other tasty stuff.
If I were you, I would translate it as
ما لا يستساغ بما لذّ وطاب
Example sentence(s):- they are two years old. That's not to say they are not picky or that I don't sometimes have to sneak in the good stuff so they won't complain.
- We have recently had a rebellion against spinach at our house, which I am not thrilled about because I adore spinach in all of its manifestations, but we'll get through it.
