Sometimes these abbreviations are written one after the other without a separating comma, but each of them is translated on its own.
For example, in this site http://www.radiology.co.uk/srs/memftoj.htm
you will find that some doctors put separating commas between the abbreviations, whereas others do not. However, each acronym stands alone and should be translated on its own.

I think you better keep the translation in the original order, i.e. putting the PhD after the diploma, because this is propably the order in which the doctor attained his degrees. If you search for all the acronyms together on the net you will find that doctors holding the same (or similar) degrees mention them in different orders according to the order in which they got them. |
