This disease has to do with the Body's hormonal system, If it is not functioning properly.

In this case (an 11 year old boy) and since it is unilateral, I guess it is only in one side and not on both sides. Still it has to do with his hormonal system, and I believe there are medications for this now. A friend of mine has a son like that and he is doing good with the medications.
