1 hr confidence: peer agreement (net): +1 | combat application tourniquet أداة إيقاف النزيف الميداني
Explanation: Greetings... ahalan wa sahalan...
The equivalent term in "US military English" = أداة إيقاف النزيف الميداني
The adjective "field" [maidaanii] also equates in context = "combat" [qataalii], which use would be superfluous.
A tourniquet -- by medical definition and practice -- is used or [in "combat medic-speak"] "applied" to a wounded area, so there is no need to flail around with "application." Also, a tourniquet can be applied, as indicated, to an injury sustained not in combat, such as in an accident or mishap.
Hope this helps.
Khair, in shaa' Allah.
