As for the translation, you are free to translate as you want, it is your responsability. But you agree with me that "System" in English doesn't imply that it is correct translation into Arabic to be done by جهاز.

"System" in English implies both conceptions, but not جهاز.

Dear Ohan,

Thanks for your response, I want to comment on 2 points:

1st : I don't realize what is the problem to disagree with your suggestion and make another suggestion from my side, I am not sure how this is " non ethical" and by the way I don't really care about kudoz points because they don't go to the best answer in 65% of cases.

2nd: In medicine, the systems of the body don't necessarily consist of organs, this is actually not the right way to approach. I know you would tell me the components of the auditory, visual or urinary systems (as you imposed that any body system is absolutely an anatomical system), and this is not true because we have also physiological systems (like the immune system for example). We translate the immune system as الجهاز المناعي , would you tell me the components of the immune system? and please don't tell me the spleen and the tonsils!!!!! actually we call this type of systems as a physiological system or a patho-physiological system.

Dear Ahmad,

I won't put a disagree to your response, but you will agree with me that it is not ethical to disagree with my proposition and make another proposition for your account, this is as if you were a party in the trial as well as the judge of the same trial!!! and thus you participate twice (you understantd that there is a conflict of interest, in this case).

For me and as far as I understand it "inflammatory or inflammation" is a result of a reaction but not an organe in the body, this is why جهاز is not correct in your response. you can say: الجهاز السمعي or البصري أو البولي but not الالتهابي, and if it is used somewhere, then it is misused.
