Explanation:
1. It is incorrect to call ADHD an illness/disease - مرض
Disorder should rather be translated اضطراب
2. The translation of "Attention Deficit" and "Hyperactivity" is approximate, but a medically and linguistically acceptable translation is فرط الحركة or فرط النشاط for hyperactivity, and تشتت الانتباه or نقص الانتباه for attention deficit.
While the term has not been standardized in the Arabic medical terminology, any combination of the above is considered an accurate translation.
So as a whole, one accurate translation is:
اضطراب فرط الحركة و تشتت الانتباه
