الخضوع لفسخ العقد حسب مشـيئة رب العمل

Explanation:
The "will" in this case is the will of the contracting company, specifically the will to terminate the contract.

To be "at will" in this case is not to be confused with the having the privilege to do something at will, but, on the contrary, to be subject to the privilege of the other party to terminate the contract at THEIR will.
