In addition to 'hadef muHadid" ( هدف محدد), as one poster kindly cited, some equivalents, as listed in some military dictionaries here, include ((the first item is from an Iraqi Armed Forces military dictionary):

o hadef maqSood هدف مقصود

The proper term from this selection would largely depend on the context.
