yes i guess so, the whole text here is pointing out the importance of integrating the gender perspective as a cross-cutting factor in all mandates and this in return means that " an equal percpective" should be considered. even if you said " منظور يراعي النوع الاجتماعي" which is right as well, the reader will come up with the same conclusion " أهمية مراعاه المساواة في النوع الاجتماعي".. i have translated many gender-related documents and all leads to the same conclusion " تمكين المرأة وتحقيق مشاركة متكافئة" hope this help by anyway. |
