Those English osurce-terms appear to be UK abbreviation (definitely not those in standard use in the US Army).

Comdr = commander (US abbrev. CDR) =

Dy Comdr na'ib qa'id = (US) Executive Officer (US abbrev: XO) نائب قائد

(also rendered as "qa'id thaan" in a few Arab militaries) قائد ثان

- OC Troop = (US) Troop Commander
