الحب الكامل
Explanation:
The first occurrence is a modifier of "bread." You can use the genitive construction خبر الحب الكامل

The second occurrence is a plural noun that actually stands for a noun phrase "wholegrain flour." In this case, you can either:

- imitate the abbreviated form of the source text: حبوب كاملة

- or state the meaning explicitly: دقيق حبوب كاملة

Notice, Sam, that \"wholegrain\" is not synonymous with \"whole-wheat.\" Any grain may be ground \"whole\" and may be used in bread recipes (almost always mixed with bleached, enriched flour as a base). The white flour base is wheat flour, but the added wholegrain flour (which determines the name of the bread) may or may not be whole-wheat. Rye, for instance, is very commonly used in dark brown breads, such as Russian bread. If the wholegrain flour is whole-wheat, the bread will be called \"whole-wheat bread,\" although the whole-wheat component is a relatively small percentage of the total flour used. The majority is white flour, typically high-gluten (called \"bread flour\").
