الهريسة الحارة

Explanation:
الهريسة المغاربية
هي عبارة عن معجون فلفل حار بعد تجفيفه وطحنه، تضاف إليه متبلات. ولا تؤكل مفردة لشدة لسعتها بل توضع في سندويتشات التونة، أو كطبق جانبي من المقبلات ويعتبر التونسيون والليبيون الأكثر استهلاكا لهذه الصلصة الحارة. تسمى في فلسطين : شطة وتوضع على وجبة الفلافل (الطعميه).

وأنا من المغرمين بأكل الهريسة التركية والتي تختلف في محتوياتها عن المغاربية ولكنها تجتمع مع صفة الفلفل الأحمر الحار مع الهريسة المغاربية.
