Should that be ستينيات القرن السادس عشر or السابع عشر or الخامس عشر?

It's the century I'm confused with here! I remember discussing that issue on the millinum (القرن العشرين أو الواحد والعشرين), but I can't really find the rule for it neither in my mind nor the resources :(
