access, service and development these are the most headch-causing terms for the translator. you consult your dictionary, you don't find a satisfactory equivalent.
I believe rendition of such words is mostly guided by the actual context.

In addition to the good suggestsions submitted by kind colleagues about Arabic equivalents to that clunky expression, one might instead suggest that the creator of that expression consider using a rendition that is clearer and simpler:

1. "Our offices uses the services of A+ Agency."

or

2. "Our office benefits from the services of A+ Agency."

(Accessing -- as in having access to -- the servicess of an entity implies a purpose of using those services. Fuzzy writing usually indicates fuzzy thinking.)
