دود الرمل - طُعم


Explanation:
This is a small worm-like marine animal popular for use as fishing bait. The closest I could find is دود الرمل, literaly "sand worm".

If the general meaning of bait is sufficient, you can use the word طُعم, pronounced tu'm.
