Explanation:
It depends on whether you are talking about a he-cat or a she cat! A he-cat is most commonly called (Qitt), and the she cat (Qitta). Another names is Hirr and Hirra for the he and the she respectively. However, there are local colloquial names in some countries, like biss and bissa, and the like, but they are not standard Arabic.
