الله طيب Allahu tayyibun

Explanation:
This is an attribute by which the prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) has described Allah. Here is part of a Hadith from Sunan Altirmizhiyy which states that He is good, and therefore He does not reward charitable offerings nor deeds from illegitimate sources:

‏ ‏يا أيها الناس ‏إن الله طيب لا يقبل‏ إلا طيبا وإن الله أمر المؤمنين بما أمر به المرسلين فقال: ‏ياأيهاالرسل كلوا من الطيبات واعملوا صالحا إني بما تعملون عليم

"O people, indeed Allah is good and He accepts nothing but that which is good and Allah has given the believers the same instructions as the messengers for he said: O messengers (only) consume that which is wholesome and make your deeds righteous ones, indeed I am fully aware of what you do."

Regards,

Alaa Zeineldine

Context will decide the best translation.

Explanation:
I have posted a request for you to provide fuller context, because the expression “God is good” is used in many different ways. A proper translation will depend on how the expression is meant to be used.

For instance, I work at a cancer hospital, where patients often confront situations that test their faith. Faced with hardship and uncertainty, many patients find solace in remembering that God is good. Arabic-speaking patients usually express this thought by saying ALLAH KAREEM, which literally means, “God is gracious.”
الله كريم

In this example, Divine goodness is identified with Grace. More importantly for our discussion, the example shows how the context suggests a specific translation that may not be appropriate in other contexts.

If God’s goodness is invoked as the foundation of faith-based morality, then the best Arabic expression I know of is the Prophetic tradition, INNA ALLHA TAYYIB, as posted in Alaa’s answer:
إن الله طيِّب

If you want to go a step deeper into theology by stressing that in God, goodness is more than just an attribute, being identical with God’s own nature in an unfathomably perfect unity of being, then you would say ALLAHU KHAYR, as posted in Raghad’s answer, or, more explicitly, ALLAHU HUWA AL-KHAYR.
الله خير، الله هو الخير

etc., etc., etc.

Each context will require a slightly different rendition.
